Swift Current is Home to a vast industrial sector whose purposes are to preserve areas for a range of industrial and manufacturing uses with related warehousing, office, commercial, and service establishments.

The three main focal points for industry in Swift Current are: the Munro Industrial Park, the West Industrial Park, and the McIntyre Industrial Park. All of these in industrial areas are in various ages and stages in development, but all continue to grow and offer significant potential to businesses and investors alike.

Established in late 1979, the McIntyre Industrial Park was developed on the east side of the city to provide amenities for manufacturing and processing industries along with the region’s general growth. With 40 fully-serviced lots, the McIntyre Industrial Park, like the Munro Park, has direct access to the number one and number four highways leading directly to the U.S. border which lies only an hour away.
